  • Email, Login, and Password
    • How can I change my login?
      • Your `login` is `Your` e-mail address. If you change your e-mail address its important that you do the same when you sign on to this site
    • Is it possible to change my password?
      • You can change the password on the registration form you used to sign up.
    • What is the login and the password and why are they necessary?
      • The login and the password are the data, that allow us to identify you. The login and the password is a combination of letters and numbers. The length of a login should be limited to 4 up to 16 symbols, the password - should be limited to 5-16 symbols
    • I forgot my password. Can you tell me what it is?
      • No problem. Just click Forgot password? link on the splash page, enter your email address, and we'll send you your password.

  • Photo
    • How many photos I can place?
      • Maximum 3 photos.
    • What are the acceptable photo formats if I upload or email them to you?
      • Only send photo files with a JPG extension
      • Minimum: 350 x 350 pixels at 72 DPI
      • Maximum: 500 KB
    • Why can't I see my new photos?
      • Once we receive your photos, it usually takes 24 - 48 hours for them to be approved and posted, so you may have to wait a day or two.
    • Is photo required?
      • Yes!! Without a photo the system will not show your profile. You may post up to 3 photos.

  • Profile
    • How confidential is my profile?
      • Your email address, post address, phone number and password are kept completely confidential. Members can only see your essays, photos and other personality details that you post in your profile.
    • Will my profile still show up if I end my subscription?
      • Yes, if you end your subscription, your profile stays up on the site for free. You can keep it up as long as you want and become a Premium Member again when you see someone you'd like to connect with.
    • How do I look for members?
      • To search for members, first go to the “Find a Lady” under Search and tell us what you're looking for. Choose between various characteristics, including height, education level, English level, children, location and your age range.
    • How do I contact someone that interests me?
      • To send an email, simply go to the person's profile and click SEND EMAIL. Type in your message and click Send.
      • To send an email, you will need to subscribe for a Premium Membership.
    • When someone contacts me, where does the message go and how do I respond?
      • Once you've created your own profile, other members can start contacting you. We'll let you know that you have messages by sending a notice to your personal email address. If you're already a Premium Member, you can pick up your messages from your onsite Inbox by clicking Messages. If you decide to write back, click Reply, write your own message and send away.
      • Not yet a Premium Member? Click Member Info in the top menu for our low monthly rates.
      • All communications with other members stay onsite so you never have to give out personal information until you feel completely ready. Then when you are, you can exchange phone numbers or home addresses.
    • How can I see who has contacted me?
      • All messages from other members go straight into your on site Inbox, and are kept there unless you choose to delete them. To read messages, login to the site and go to your Inbox by clicking Messages.
      • Each time you get a new message in your Inbox, we send a notification to your personal email address to let you know it's there.
    • How I can communicate with lady if she does not speak English or has low level of English?
      • We will translate any letters for you in both directions (English-Russian; Russian-English). You pay only $5.99 for your one letter, which you would like to have translated.

      • 50 letters-$4.44 for each
      • 100 letters-$3.99 for each
    • Do you only have women from Russia on your site?
      • No, we have women from all former Russian Republics. We have women who living in Europe, USA, and other countries, but most of these women have a Russian background and all of them are seriously looking Western men.
    • I am getting ready to write to some ladies, do they have to pay to write back to me?
      • No, the ladies are not charged for replying to you. Everything is FREE for them. It is up to them to answer you or not. We are not involved in the process of correspondence.

      • • Any kind of abusive language as vulgarity, racism

      • With your free membership, you can post a profile and photos, search and view other members' profiles.
      • When you upgrade to a Premium Membership, you can send, read and reply to email.

    • Where do I mail my check or money order when I subscribe?

    • Can I still send email or message if I cancel my subscription today?
      • If you cancel your Premium Membership in the middle of your subscription plan, you can continue to use all Premium Member benefits until your subscription plan ends.
    • Can I put my subscription on hold?
      • No. Once you purchase a subscription, it will remain active for the remainder of your subscription plan.
    • If I bought a 3-month subscription and cancel after one month, can I get a refund for the remaining two months?
      • No, we do not prorate subscriptions. If you fall in love and cancel after your first month, your Premium Membership will stay active for the rest of the subscription plan.
    • Do I have to be a Premium Member to read and reply to messages from other members?
      • Yes, you must be a Premium Member to read and reply to messages. Not yet a Premium Member? Click Member Info in the top menu, and you can sign up at our low monthly rates.
      • Once you've subscribed, you can access your onsite Inbox by clicking Messages. To respond to someone, simply open the message, click reply, write your message and send away. Your message will go straight into the member's onsite Inbox, and we'll notify them that it's there.
